Welcome to VXR District. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our virtual reality experience center, website, and services. By accessing our premises or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By purchasing tickets, making bookings, or participating in our VR experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "VXR District," "we," "us," "our" refers to VXR District and its affiliates
- "Customer," "you," "your" refers to the individual or entity using our services
- "Services" refers to all VR experiences, facilities, equipment, and related services offered

- "VR Equipment" refers to virtual reality headsets, controllers, and related hardware
- "Content" refers to all materials, including VR experiences, games, and multimedia content
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our facility, website, or using our services, you represent that:
- You are at least 13 years of age
- If you are under 18, you have parental or guardian consent
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Account Registration and Membership
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Bookings and Reservations
4.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or at our facility
- Bookings are subject to availability
- A valid payment method is required to confirm bookings
- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking
4.2 Arrival and Check-in
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session
- Late arrivals may result in reduced session time
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their booking
- Valid identification may be required for check-in
4.3 Modification and Cancellation
- Bookings may be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to fees
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
- Members may have more flexible cancellation policies
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Fees and Charges
- All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Promotional rates and discounts cannot be combined unless specified
- Group rates and corporate bookings have separate pricing
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept:

- Debit cards
- Digital payment platforms (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Gift cards and vouchers
5.3 Payment Processing
- Payment is processed at the time of booking

6. Health and Safety Requirements
WARNING: Virtual reality experiences may cause motion sickness, dizziness, disorientation, and other physical discomfort. Please review all health and safety information carefully.
6.1 Age Restrictions
- Minimum age for VR experiences: 13 years
- Participants aged 13-17 require parental consent
- Children under 13 may access limited non-VR areas with supervision
- Certain experiences may have higher age requirements
6.2 Health Conditions
You should NOT use VR equipment if you:
- Are pregnant
- Have heart conditions or pacemakers
- Have epilepsy or history of seizures
- Have severe visual or hearing impairments
- Have balance disorders or motion sickness
- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Have any condition that may be affected by physical activity
6.3 Safety Guidelines
All participants must:
- Complete and sign a health and safety waiver
- Follow all staff instructions
- Remain within designated play areas
- Report any discomfort immediately
- Take breaks as recommended (every 30 minutes)
- Wear comfortable, appropriate clothing and footwear
- Remove jewelry and accessories that may interfere with equipment
7. Use of VR Equipment and Facilities
7.1 Equipment Usage
- All equipment remains the property of VXR District
- Equipment must be used only as instructed
- Do not modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair equipment
- Report any equipment malfunction immediately
- Equipment is sanitized between uses
7.2 Facility Rules
- No food or beverages in VR experience areas
- No smoking or vaping anywhere in the facility
- Maintain appropriate behavior and language
- Respect other customers and staff
- Follow capacity limits and social distancing guidelines
- Photography and video recording may be restricted in certain areas
7.3 Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Intentional damage to equipment or facilities
- Disruptive, threatening, or harassing behavior
- Unauthorized recording or streaming of content
- Commercial use of our equipment or content without permission
- Accessing restricted areas
- Bringing weapons or illegal substances
8. Liability and Assumption of Risk
8.1 Assumption of Risk
By participating in VR experiences, you acknowledge and accept that:
- VR activities involve inherent risks
- You may experience physical discomfort or injury
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
- You are responsible for your physical condition and limitations
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- VXR District is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services
- We are not liable for personal property loss, theft, or damage
- We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions
8.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VXR District, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Your negligent or intentional misconduct
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Our Content
All content, including VR experiences, games, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to VXR District and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
- Create derivative works
- Reverse engineer our software
- Use our trademarks without permission
9.2 User-Generated Content
If you submit content (reviews, photos, videos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional purposes.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Events and Corporate Bookings
11.1 Private Events
- Private events require advance booking and may have minimum participant requirements
- Custom packages are available for corporate events, birthdays, and team building
- Event deposits are required and may be non-refundable
- Event modifications must be made at least 7 days in advance
11.2 Group Reservations
- Groups of 8 or more qualify for group rates
- Group bookings require a designated organizer
- All group members must complete waivers
- Special terms may apply to educational and non-profit groups
12. Gift Cards and Vouchers
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
- Promotional vouchers may have specific terms and expiration dates
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-transferable except as gifts

14. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

- Cancel bookings if false information is provided
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.
15. Force Majeure
VXR District is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemic or public health emergencies
- Government restrictions or orders
- Power outages or technical failures
- Labor disputes
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law

16.2 Arbitration
